About the Team
The Catholic Univeristy Ice Hockey team is a competitive club team in the Atlantic Coach Collegiate Hockey league. The team practices and plays at the Fort Dupont Ice Hockey Arena in Washington, D.C.
The team is also a proud partner of the Washington Ice Dogs, a special hockey program gives people with developmental disabilities the opportunity to play ice hockey. The team raised over $1,500 to help support the mission of the Ice Dogs, and regularly volunteers their time to coach and provide skills sessions for the players.
The team recently won the 2019-2020 DVCHC American League Championship!

Head Coach: Will JohnstonCoach Will started with CUA in 2015-2016 season as Assistant Coach to Nick Williamson. Will assumed the head coaching position at the start of the 2017-2018 season. Prior to joining CUA, he spent a season as Assistant Coach at Mount Saint Mary's University.Coach Will works full time as a Territory Manager for Stanley Access Technologies.
Assitant Coach: Stephen Terenzio
Stephen is a 2019 graduate of Catholic University and a former member of the Ice Hockey team. Stephen will be starting his first year as an assistant coach with the team for the 2022-2023 season!
