  • Check-in

Before you enter the front door of the Esports lounge, there will be physical distance markers from the door before entering to ensure only one patron is checked-in at a time. Please stand outside the door before entering the lounge and checking-in. Once the patron in front of you is checked-in, you will be instructed by the front desk assistant to enter.

Upon entering the facility, you will check-in with a front desk staff member to check you in to your appointment.

  • Face Covering Policy

All patrons are REQUIRED to wear a face covering when inside the facility at all times. If you do not have a face covering when you arrive, you will not be allowed to enter the facility. If you remove your face covering at any time, you will be asked to replace the covering, or exit the facility.

Face coverings must be worn properly at all times, covering both the nose and mouth. Wearing a face covering incorrectly does not meet the requirements. Any patrons not wearing a face covering properly, will be asked to leave.
