Coaches
Coach Stephen Caulfield proposed the creation of the CUA Rainbow Six Siege team in 2021 and helped build the program from the ground up. Originally involved as a player, he quickly stepped into a leadership role, assisting with tryoputs and serving as Co-Captain for the team's first roster.
After the original captain transferred, Stephen became the program's first official Team Captain, leading the team for two semesters before graduating in 2022.
Committed to the program he helped establish, Stpehen transitioned into a coaching role followng graduation. Now entering his fourth year as a head coach, he is passionate about developing players, fostering team growth, and guiding the prorgram's continued success.
Analyst Seamus Delaney discovered the CUA Esports Lounge during his freshman year and quickly became involved with the Rainbow Six Siege team after learning they needed a fifth player. What began as a curiosity soon turned into a deep commitment to the program.
From his sophomore through his senior year, Seamus served as team captain or co-captain, helping guide the team through a period of significant growth. During his senior season, he helped lead the team to a historic quarterfinal appearance, the furthest advancement in program hsitory at the time.
After graduation, Seamus chose to remain involved as the team's analyst. Having dedicated much of his collegiate experience to building the program, continuing in a new leadership capacity was both meaningful and rewarding.
